Privacy Notice - General Data Protection Regulations 2018

We Little Kinvaston School are a data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulations. We collect personal information from you and may receive information about you from your previous school and the Learning Records Service, in order to meet our statutory requirements and under article 6(1) (e), article 6(1) (c) and article 9(2) (g) of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. We hold this personal data to:

• Support your teaching and learning;

• Monitor and report on your progress;

• Provide appropriate pastoral care, and

• Assess how well your school is doing.

 

Little Kinvaston School will not share any of your personal data collected with external organisations unless required to do so by law. However, there may be occasions where we request further information from key third party organisations such as Health or Provider organisations.
